Delivery To make sure you're product arrives in the same condition it left us, we never ship on a friday or Saturday, to avoid it waiting in a postal depot over a weekend. We tend to batch orders and ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, if you are targeting a specific delivery date we will do our best to accommodate it. In this case you should either make a note on the order, or call or email us prior to placing the order.

Returns We aim to provide a product you are completely happy with. If you are not 100% satisifed you should call us the day the product arrives. We will thenmake arrangements. The first stepis likely to be a digital photograph of the damage to the product. If you just don't want the product any more, or decide its not what you expected, you will be asked to pay for the return carriage. This should be within a timescale that ensures the plant is not damage by return transit. You will need to ensure the plant is re packed before sending.

Complaints We hope you are delighted with the products we ship. Every one is check immediately before dispatch to ensure we only send products we would like to receive ourselves.
